"Overall"

"Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff"

"I would not recommend this place at all. I actually left one night earlier than planned because I couldn’t sleep due to bugs in the mattress. I was itching all night. The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t even any cleaning supplies available for guests to clean up themselves. Towels were not changed daily either. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. Overall, a...

"Extremely clean and tidy, staff very helpful. We have rebooked for another stay."

"Delightful from start to finish. Free parking, ease of access to our lovely large room with big balcony facing the water. Neat kitchenette and good sized bathroom with spa bath as well as large walk in shower. King bed super comfy. Staff so helpful and friendly and dinner at the restaurant underneath was terrific."

"Air condition was not working at all. There was no stove, kitchen towel was old and dirty."

"Loved it"

"A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!"

"Room was way more modern thatn i expected; would happuly stay again."

"My 2nd stay here within a few months. Will be back again soon."

"The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too."

"Great location and the cabins were clean and tidy"

"Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available."

"Really nice stay. We were in the accessible cabin. My only complaint was the bathroom floor flooded with every shower - made fit wet feet after a night time visit."

"Laundry facility very good"
