"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony.
When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.

"We have stayed at Ned Hotel for one night, on our travel from Kroatia to our home. We loved the hotel, it is neat, modern, the personnel is really friendly and helpful. The parking space is convenient, and the restaurant across the hotel is nice. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The room (4-person) was perfect for the occasion, clean and comfortable.
