"The actual prorperty was not as shown in the pictures on line. It was described as luxury. It was not luxurious. It was dated and dingy in some areas. The toilet was a bit tricky, jiggling the handle and waiting to flush because of the water flow. The water pressure upstairs was low. There were stains on the cushions on the diningroom chairs, and upstairs bedroom cushions. The dining room table was not properly wiped down.
The workers were friendly to include the security personnel.

"It was our third time staying at Dickinson bay cottages. We love the proximity to the beach. This time we were in a 1 bedroom. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We like the updated washroom, but the towel bar needed to be affixed more securely, possiblyina better location."

"This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere"
