"Comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom lodge with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, parking space.
Very kind owners always ready to talk. Property surrounded by a beautiful nature - green hills, farm animals. Not far are nice trails for hiking. Kendal is only 6 miles away. I recommend this place and I want to come back in the future."

"The room was fantastic! Very comfortable, spacious and surrounded by greenery. They don’t have onsite front desk, so it can make late requests a little challenging. Give time for their WhatsApp communication, it’s not very expedient. They are very accommodating, however, and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend."

"It was our 5th stay at Howgills Apartment. As before, we were very happy with service provided. Our apartment was clean, warm and cosy. We had all we needed. Location is brilliant if you like see hills around from morning until evening and if you are walker."

"When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. Part of the hose fell off of the shower and the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. When I tried to contact the host about these problems I did not receive a reply. This was a very...
