103 Maple Bluff, Prudenville, Mi. 48651. This cozy 3-bedroom one bath home has all the conveniences of Houghton Lake without the big price tag! You are walking distance to Houghton Lake (Michigan's biggest inland lake) and a boat launch within a mile for a fisherman/boater's paradise. This home is also centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, ORV trails, and golf courses. Across the street (M55) is an iconic diner (Powell's) for breakfast and lunch. In close proximity are many bars, restaurants and Pines movie theater.

I was happy with the house, and used the barbecue also we had a good time with the fire pit. I think the main bedroom mattress should be replaced too soft and worn but overall it was a very clean and cozy house!
