HUGE DOCK on a Beautiful Lake Property at the Lake of the Ozarks

We have a huge dock - it's over 5000 sq ft with six slips of different sizes. This is a deep water dock in a no wake area, great for swimming and parking your boat, One of these slips is 60 feet in length designed for large cabin cruisers. It has two separate swim areas, a bar with a fenced-in dining area which is perfect for small children and dogs, and two other sitting areas. We have 2 kayaks, a water slide into the lake, a hammock, fans to keep the air moving, and plenty of space to relax, drink, and listen to music

The dock has an awesome bar with a refrigerator, ice maker, margarita machine, microwave, and bluetooth stereo. The dock also has a gas fireplace and smart TV to watch your favorite shows. We have 2 charcoal grills for your use - one on the dock and one on the patio outside the house. The fenced area on the dock also has fishing pole holders.

The house has stainless steel appliances, a whirlpool tub, a 65 inch TV, and quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster, drip coffee maker, knife set, crock pot, etc. (There is a keurig coffee pot in the kitchen area on the dock for those who enjoy a cup of coffee with a view.) There is a dining table adjacent to the kitchen and also bar stools along the kitchen island. We also have an outside dining table with 6 chairs on the patio.

The house is about 200 feet from the dock, up a small hill, and has three bedrooms and two large couches. It will sleep between 8 and 12. The master bedroom is in a loft with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The master has a large balcony with a table and chairs. The master also has a huge open wall looking out over the living room with a huge barn door for privacy. There is a second loft bedroom designed for kids and/or young adults that has a queen size futon. ALL THE TWENTY SOMETHINGS LOVE THE LOFT! There is also a twin mattress in an open area by the laundry nook. The main floor bedroom is a typical bedroom off of the living room with a beautiful barn door and a queen size bed. The couches are very comfortable and can sleep an additional three people if utilized for sleeping. One of the couches has a pull out bed. There is also room for a queen-size air mattress.

The property is located between Gravois Mills and Laurie in a very quiet cove. Laurie has several shopping centers with three Grocery Stores, bait and tackle shops, bowling alley, movie theater, and many other businesses. There are numerous bars and restaurants close both by water and land such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Captain Ron's, Bear Bottoms, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill, Lake Burger and many more. It is a great area of the lake - very quiet yet close to a lot of attractions.

PARKING! There is lots of parking as the property is over an acre, perfect for boat trailers, large trucks, etc. Parking is a problem all over the lake, but not for us!

PETS! We love them and are pet-friendly. We have another property we have been renting for a couple of years and have never had a problem as we just ask that you be reasonable if you choose to bring them. Nobody knows your pet better than you! We do not charge a pet deposit but please remember you will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. However, we take our two dogs everywhere and have never had a problem. We understand this is the vast majority of pet owners. There is a DOG PARK about 15 feet from the front door with grass and a bench to sit on while you watch your dog and enjoy the view.. The puppies and people love it.
