"We were looking for a quirky thatched cottage near Abbots Ann, Hampshire, for a few nights and this fit the bill. The beds were clean and comfy. Access was great. We were surprised that towels are not included in the rental but are 5 pounds per person. It’s a very historic cottage so expect this to match your memories from 1966 - cobwebs and all. "Working away Monday to Friday each week I have stayed in dozens of let’s/rentals across Wiltshire and Dorset in the last year, this one was by far the best of them all.
Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed and sofa both very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a life saver. I wish I’d found this place earlier in the summer!
100% would recommend to others and I will definitely stay there again."

"Lovely host and a cute, cosy cabin. The only downside was that it felt more overlooked than we expected, as it's essentially within the host's garden, so there wasn't as much privacy as we'd hoped. Also, be aware that use of the jacuzzi costs an additional 25, which we only found out after booking and paying. Aside from those points, we had a pleasant stay."
