"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"This property is STUNNING. Our room was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. I will say, it was very pricy but that is what you get when you stay in the tourist hub. "

"The location is fabulous, as this property is located on the edge of old town and one block away from new town, a 3 minute walk from the train station, and very walkable to everywhere else in Edinburgh. The property itself is right above a couple of pubs, and is was a little lively on Friday and Saturday nights, but quiet on the weeknights. The entry/access system is wonderful. The apartment itself was well stocked and modern. Would stay there again. "

"Very convenient location (incl own restaurant and several nearby), comfortable bed, clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. What I did not like was how hot the hallways and rooms were. There should have been air conditioning in a hotel of this price. A small fan does not help much. Also the ventilation in the pool area was not good either."

"This was an absolute dream of a stay. It was a great location - quiet but still very walkable. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was great, etc. The housekeeping and staff were lovely, as well, including calling us when my friend left her chargers at the hotel. Whenever I come back and visit, it will always be here! "
