"I was in town for a ladies conference. Another lady and I were sharing a room. I had pre booked and prepaid for the room. Our room apparently had not been cleaned. There was green toothpaste smeared on the wall just above the toilet and blood drips on the wall under the light switch and the coffee maker was dirty all over the top. When I brought this to the attention (with photos) to the desk person I was promptly told that they would have to attend to it the next day when the cleaning staff was...

"My stay at Super 8 was disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the bedding looked like it had already been slept in, which was very concerning. The bathroom vent did not work, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. In addition, the lamps were in poor condition and appeared worn out and damaged. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards, and I would not choose to stay here again."

The remote to change the channel either needed new batteries or the little battery cover needed fixed as that was loose, but I had to hold the remote well over my head to get it to work to change the channels."

I always choose a hotel with a pool in the summer because it is a good way to break up your day when it’s so hot outside. Disappointing!"
