"I was SO IMPRESSED with stay in Cedar C! The property is nestled in a cute neighborhood and is fully fenced in. It's very manicured with grass, curving sidewalks and flowers/flowering shrubs. All the cabin front doors face the inner courtyard. Instead was really spacious, squeaky clean and modern with tons of rustic cabin decor. Full kitchen and washer dryer, powerful wall a/c and french doors that open up onto a little sitting area. The TV is gargantuan so take advantage if you can! You can...

"Super cute little place! The only reason they didnt get a full 5 stars is because the washer and dryer weren't working and there was no extra toilet paper or papertowels. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, everything was really nice inside and out! We were in town for a softball tournament and the games were a little later on sunday then we thought, so I asked if we could checkout a little later and they let us. We really appreciated that, it made it a lot easier to come back after the games...

"The area was convenient for walking to restaurants and very near the river. The cabin had everything we needed and was clean and inviting. One thing we missed was a couple of lawn chairs to lounge in to enjoy the beautiful common area. "

"We had a great stay in this wonderful cabin. Two queen beds and a futon. Full sized refrigerator and stove. Washer and dryer. The temperature outside was in the upper 90s and the AC worked great at keeping us cool. Loved the river-themed decor. Just know you'll need to bring your own laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, cooking spices etc. But we knew that in advance. We will definitely be back."

"This property was awesome. I spent two of my days here watching the doe gtaze in the front or back yard and later discovered there was actually two of them at times. Its very peaceful and not as far from town as it seems. Check in is very easy and accomadating. "

"If you want to use this house to capacity with adults a couple of the beds are kid focused. The worked for our daughters but they aren't 6 feet tall.The deck with table and chairs was glorious for our breakfast."

"This was a great place for my large family to stay. It was clean, spacious (both indoors and outdoors), and a perfect spot to relax by the river. Sara and David were by far the most responsive and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered. Many memories were made at this waterfront gem. Next time my family visits Southern Oregon, this is where we’d want to stay. "

"The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others! "

"We came for a wedding. The house was perfect for 6 couples. Loved that all bedrooms had king beds. The location was close to wedding venue. Great communication with our host. Weather was nice so we hung out by pool and spa. We had a wonderful weekend "
