This amazing space was built and completed in January 2020, so everything from the beds to the appliances, TV, linens, and pillows are brand new. You'll immediately be impressed by the luxurious and upscale atmosphere, making for a super nice and welcoming stay.

Great stay and location for Boatnik Concert

The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others!

Comfortable & good location

We’ve stayed at other properties managed by same folks. As with the others, it is a comfortable, nice unit — this smaller studio unit may be a little more ‘used.’ Overall, certainly a great option. Would like seeing paper towels and maybe more than one little soap.

Parking?

Property is great, except for parking. There are only 2 full size spots and 2 compact spots. Long term residents took all spots. We parked on the street. Parking on the street is tight. This property is on a cul de sac.

Very comfortable and clean!

Overall I was quite pleased, and so were my friends. You could use a taller clothes closet for long dresses ☺️ A lawn chair would be nice to sit on lawn and have coffee. The only way I could walk and see the river was going through the owners gate to the porch. It said 1 min walk to river. Thank you for the hospitality 😊

Spotless and convenient

Wonderful little spot. Backs up to the Rogue River, short walk to a city park along the river. Close to downtown, parking is right out front. My wife is a clean freak, and even she was impressed. The place was spotless, there's a washer and dryer, and kitchen all included. Everything you need is here, wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent place to stay

Apartment was clean w/ all amenities centrally located and on the Rouge River great place. I live in Brookings and go up to Grants Pass occasionally and will be staying at this location again. Thank You so much for a great stay.

Always our go-to

The property is always amazing! The last 3 times we’ve been in the area we stay at their properties. High recommend if you are in the areas for more than a night. Shoot even for one night we will always choose this place.

Would have given an overall excellent rating if we hadn't had people above us that stomped around at 5 am and loved slamming the door every time they entered or excited, which was often. I will stick to some of Cherry and Noels other properties next time. We have stayed in several in the pass and were much more satisfied.

Cozy and nice

We found the accommodation to be clean, comfortable and convenient. We were grateful for the dog friendly property as well. Two suggestions: a small sized dishwasher would be welcomed and sharpen the knives. They’re a bit dull and you’ll have an injury from them soon if they’re not kept sharp. Otherwise- great little gem if a place!

Another fantastic property!!

Always impressed and pleased with our stays at Cherry’s properties. This studio is clean, smells brand new, and has everything you need for comfort and convenience. The property is lovely. Great location on a quiet cul de sac near the river. Green grass, dog cleanup supplies and well lit. Safe neighborhood, great for walking the dogs. I truly love how easy it is to check in/out and how welcome and at ease I feel bringing along my large dogs. I spoke with a couple people that worked there and they were all kind and easy going. Asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. I’m excited to stay at one of Cherry’s great properties in Grants Pass next time we’re back to visit!
