"Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool. "

"Ocean view was amazing,we didn't get to use the pool, due to weather, but it looked immaculately clean and very inviting, their was plenty of parking, and they even had one loading/unloading space really close to the building so you wouldn't have to walk so far while doing that."

"This was the cutest little motel right on the beach! Nice sized rooms with a living room and kitchen. It is a bit dated but that's all part of its charm! It was clean, check in was easy, and the woman who runs it as an absolute gem. It was the perfect spot to have a quiet relaxing beach weekend."

"This place is in what feels like an amazon forest and the cottage is very tastefully decorated. Walk to beach."

"The property may not seem like much from the road but once you get inside and open the balcony shutters your breath will be taken away. There is no better View than the one you'll have. You can watch the sunrise every morning stare at the ocean while you cook your meals. It really felt like we were on a private beach for the majority of our stay. "Super cute little place! We are in love with this little yellow beachy bungalow. Inside is also so cute. Very colorful funky decor and comfy. 100% will stay again if we find ourselves in Melbourne. About 7 min from FIT, 4 min from downtown! Great location. Host super helpful and communicative. Overall 10/10"

"This place is a scam! I booked through hotels dot com and they didn’t even have my Reservation. They never answered the phone! If you like losing your money, then def book here!"

"Mind you the cottage is old and for the age it’s adorable. It was perfect for my daughter, her dog and myself. Yes you hear a train go by but it wasn’t loud. Very quiet area people were friendly, when you bumped into someone. We did have an internet issue but it was taken care of quickly. The owner and staff are great very responsive. One thing that I found not as I thought, was the yard, was very small not room for a dog to run around. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!"
