The Space:

At LostFork Basecamp, a full property buyout gives your group exclusive, private access to our entire creekside sanctuary at the foot of the historic Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. Capable of accommodating up to 40 guests in cabins plus 4 full-hookup RV spaces, this complete takeover is perfect for corporate strategy sessions, multi-generational family reunions, and more, combining private personal accommodations with vibrant shared gathering spaces.



Your group will have exclusive run of the property, including all on-site wellness facilities, gathering spaces, and the outdoor community lodge. Unwind together in our twin creekside saunas, challenge team members to a cold river plunge, spend sun-drenched afternoons on Hwy 285’s only sandy river beach, or gather the whole group around the central campfire under a canopy of stars.

- 6 One-Bedroom Cabins (Sleep 4): Features a queen bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa, sleek modern bathroom, kitchenette, and a private outdoor hot tub.

- 3 Studio Cabins (Sleep 2): Cozy efficiency layouts equipped with a space-saving full Murphy bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and private outdoor hot tub.

- 5 Brand-New A-Frame Cabins (Sleep 2): Intimate, architectural hideaways perched along the water’s edge. Each features a queen bed overlooking Geneva Creek, a kitchenette, and a private toilet. (Only cold (no hot) water is available in the A-frame units.)

- 4 Full-Hookup RV Spaces: Spacious 50-foot sites equipped with clean water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric hookups for guests bringing their own rigs.

By Car: From Denver: Grant is just a scenic 50-mile drive southwest of Denver along US Highway 285.

From Georgetown: Take Guanella Pass, just 23 miles south to Grant, to reach the junction with Hwy 285.



Public Transportation: Highway 285 is more remote, and there are limited public transit options to reach the area. Renting a car or driving is the most efficient way to enjoy the area and explore the nearby hiking and fishing locations.



On Foot & By Bike: Once you're at LostFork Basecamp, you'll have access to countless hiking and biking trails directly from the property. The nearby Geneva Creek Trail and Abyss Lake Trail provide fantastic opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area on foot or by bike.



Note on Roads: The Guanella Pass Scenic Byway, a 22-mile route, provides breathtaking views as it ascends to over 11,600 feet. During winter months, the pass is closed to automobiles seasonally, so be sure to check road conditions before venturing up.



Airports:

Denver International Airport (DEN): Approximately 80 miles northeast of Grant, ideal for those flying into the area.



Other Things to Note:

• The Outdoor Community Center also includes men’s and women’s restrooms, each equipped with two showers and toilets for added convenience.

• Please note the A-Frames do not have hot water.

• Each cabin features a kitchenette, ideal for simple meal prep, but not intended for large or complex meals.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning, as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• PET RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; $35 per pet, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.

Therefore, due to signal strength variations at different times, the WiFi/Internet signal in the unit is not guaranteed, and you may need to go to the community center for a signal.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
