"The Code Hotel in Austin, TX is a virtual nightmare. Literally. The main entrance is underground from an unsigned driveway from a back street with, obviously, a different address than the hotel. I saw no person attending, and the garage was so creepy, I wouldn't go through the gated entry. When I called the hotel and expressed my disapproval, the person on the phone hung up on me. I needed valet parking services and the main reason I booked this hotel was for that. However, no valet was...

"We LOVED the room and the staff were all so friendly! I think our only frustration was the towel situation. You were only allowed 1 per person! How are you supposed to use their awesome pool, sauna, etc... but then have to use the SAME towel after you shower. bummed about that."

"Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side"
