"we had a very nice relaxing time. it started raining hard after we unloaded our luggage. so stayed in that night. very comfy. the tv froze up a few times. other then that it was wonderful. will stay again"

"Worst hotel situation ive ever had. Says everywhere that check-in time is 3pm to midnight, was there at 930pm and the place had all the lights off at the front desk, there was no one there and no one answered. Then spent almost 2 hours playing the run around game with someone from hotels.com customer service before they wanted to transfer me to a different hotel over an hr away, never booking through this site again was extremely unprpfessional all the way around"
