Clean and convenient

Don't stay here. When we checked in the front staff was unfriendly. She then sent us to the very back building that had caution tape and seriously looked like it should be condemned. The highway noise was terrible. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and rattling we couldn't use the light in there. The free pastry in the morning was a joke and the girls at the counter were inattentive. The coffee was out. The hot water for tea was out and they were laughing together at a computer just behind the counter. You go out to the patio with your little piece of pastry and they have a landscape guy trying to rebuild the rock wall with a hammer. The guy looked uncomfortable. Why have it during your breakfast hours when people need to be sitting there? This place is a mess.

Everything went well, as usual. Great stay for when you have anyone in the Umass Memorial facility across the street.
