"Great place to stay, hists excellent "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hamish & Ronene’s tiny house. Such a cozy, peaceful and warm refuge during the wintertime. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise from the loft bed (super comfy!) and relaxing on the couch with the sun streaming through the window. The tiny house is in an unreal location - a short walk down to both Sumner and Taylor’s Mistake on beautiful trails. Hamish & Ronene are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel at home....

"A perfect place for a couple to stay in Christchurch for a few days. Convenient to a lot of places in Christchurch but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was spacious with heated floor and wonderful water pressure. "

"Everything in this place was perfect! There were so many cute details and the owners thought of everything to create a cozy place to stay. We really appreciated the onsite parking and we were able to walk to so many places. The restaurants in this area are especially good. Our family of 4 all enjoyed this beautiful space and didn't want to leave. "

"Lovely stay in Diamond Bay, unfortunately the weather didn’t let us enjoy the fabulous view as much as we would have like, but it was still a magic view sitting watching the world go by. It was a bit of a drive into Christchurch, but the house had everything we needed for us as a combined family. The house heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great experience showering with a view within the master ensuite. "

"My two sons and I fitted well into this tiny but thoughtfully laid-out house. They shared the double bed, I took the couch - just what I like, though some may find it a little lumpy. The heater did a good job of keeping us warm through frosty nights. Small house, so small fridge, small bench, small cooking facilities, simple meals worked best. A minor point: would have preferred to have a large glass bowl or dish for use in the microwave oven. Quiet suburb, picturesque location near a river,...
