"This staff lied right to my face. I had accidentally booked at this Hampton Inn instead of the other Hampton Inn in Saint George. They told me if they could, they would refund me and just switch my room to the other. I never even stayed there. They told me to go through Expedia for the refund. When I went through Expedia, Hampton Inn they denied the refund..even though the room could have been released to a differet party. So hypocritical. "Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful hot breakfast with many options, nice fitness room, laundry facilities and pool/spa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much on the same side of the freeway but there is a lot nearby (not walkable). Very nice updated hotel."
