"We were broken down in Catskill and the automotive shop recommended this hotel. It was the most expensive hotel on our 4000+ mile roadtrip, but we were stuck and thought if we were "holed up" for a weekend, a Hilton would not be a bad choice. IT WAS! The first room we were given our feet stuck to the floor and the antiseptic smell of cleaner was overpowering. We moved to another room which was still had strong cleaner smell but not as bad. After getting settled my wife's shoes kept sticking...

"Price is good for the area. The surrounding area isn’t great, located near a bus depot and abandoned factory building. Free parking is a plus. 3rd floor seems to have an issue with their heat/ ac system not working. We checked into the first room and it was 77 degrees in the room and would not go down. The window opens a tiny bit so that helps. Front desk said maintenance would come to check on it, they never did so we requested a new room. New room was given shortly after and had a similar...

"The location is nice right next to crossgates mall, but when I arrived they switched to a double queen size room when I ordered and paid for a king size bed. To be fair, they attempted to call me to tell me that the king size room wasn’t available but honestly, if it wasn’t available then it shouldn’t have been available to rent out. When I came back downstairs and inquired why I didn’t have a king size bed, the manager came out and arranged for me to have a room with a king size bed. I felt...

"The location of this hotel was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the mall, Costco next door, 10-15 minutes to other shopping and restaurant locations locations (Walmart, TJMaxx, Cheesecake Factory, etc.). The room we had was very nice and spacious - the only downfall was the kitchen and doors had some wear and tear on some doors or appliances. The breakfast was good for a hotel that had breakfast included, it just wasn't as clean or kept up by staff as maybe I would hope. Otherwise, great room and...

"Very clean room, comfortable beds, good TV and internet convenient, easy parking. And the proximity to Albany Med. Is great ! 👍"

"I will not stay there again, it was very sketchy. old, outdated, uncomfortable where it felt unsafe. but it was the only place available on very short notice in the area that I need to be."

"This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful."
