It's a wonderful, roomy home on the lake, with great views, a large deck, an amazing dock, and comfortable screened porches, including one right off the master bedroom. "The property was perfect and private. Bed was super comfortable. Rental was very clean. Long stairs up but they weren’t an issue for us. Could be for anyone with mobility issues. Would absolutely rent again. "

"It was a great stay. Only cons were no body soap in container and the fenced in yard was great but no where to dispose of dog clean up. It was a very cute house and everything worked out perfectly for the wedding. "

"We enjoyed the stay. Alfred was very welcoming upon arrival. Very quiet place to stay with all the amenities you need. Plenty of shade to enjoy sitting on the dock. "

"So the home was as shown in pics. Home was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed. Three bedrooms were comfortable and one room needed a new mattress which the host said she would look into. About 11pm we (girls) were playing cards and heard gun shots. Possibly normal for cities as we are all from the country and weren’t sure . During the day neighborhood seemed fine but night time just lock yourself in. Great location for getting to town activities. "

"As this being my first time renting out a property for a trip, the experience was fantastic! The owner was super kind and responsive, and answered every question I had. The property itself is stunning! Such a lovely, small house that was perfect for both myself and my group. Everything was close by, and downtown Charlotte was only about 30 mins away.
