Adjoining room door stuck
"Our adjoining room would not open!! The front desk clerk went above and beyond when she couldn’t get maintenance to come fix it. She came armed with pliers and got that door open! Kudos to her! She understood how important it was to us!"

"Only negative about this property is the musky rooms. Have stayed here twice now and even in 2 seperate buildings, both rooms were exactly the same.
