"Staff upon entering was so helpful and kind. We got in quite late and they were very accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was great, only thing we would have wanted was bananas due to a long road trip and cramped legs. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!"

"To me, their advertising is misleading. I requested a queen size bed. I got a standard size bed. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He told me that all their beds come from their warehouse. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping because the bed was small. We have a queen size bed at home so
I know the difference. Other than that it was a good experience"

"The room and the whole property were very dirty. There were stains on towels and sheets. The bathroom was moldy. Also you can literally hear every single car that drives by because the walls are made of paper. Stay somewhere else. There are so many better options in Roanoke. The staff was very nice though."

"While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family.
They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance."

"So, we booked this for a football game, which is probably relevant. It seemed like the room we were in, and maybe the whole section, was not regularly used. For some reason, it took like 5-10 minutes to get hot water to any of the faucets. Not just once, but every time.
There were spiderwebs behind the bathroom door. One bolt on the toilet seat was broken, so the seat would spin around. The shower head had about half the nozzles clogged, so it was hard to rinse off. The room had minimal...
