"The property was soooo awesome….not too gimmicky with the castle set-up…cool hallways…library there…awesome game rooms (two of them!!) with Arcade games and pinball machine :) …nice sized outside pool…great space in our apartment unit…definitely recommended especially for the low price we had paid for it!!"

"The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however...

"I specifically needed 2 bathrooms and checked the listing carefully for this, when we arrived the property was super hot and air-conditioning is old. The door spring was damaged, the porch was full of trash. My parent needs ADA accommodations and this property has all the bedrooms up a very steep stair. VRBO should rate properties for accessibility and I would not rent this place. Especially since when I told the owner of our problems he was rude and offered no negotiation on even a partial...

"This house met the requirements that we needed for a birthday weekend celebration for our daughter. It also was secure for our son with autism. And, the added bonus, was the Disney Channel which kept him entertained and happy. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies needed to make breakfast, etc. The house is a little older, so there are creaks in the floorboards."

"My husband and I stayed at Heidis place while visiting GR for an appointment. The carriage house was perfect for one night. Clean space, beautiful location and easy check-in. The pool looked inviting, but we were too busy to jump in. There is a fenced area near the pool that kept the backyard seperate from the space you're in which was nice since we had our pups with us. -Just a heads up to future guests: the Keurig was there but no coffee pods only tea pods, and there were no paper towels. "It was clean, relaxing home. It was a great vacation on the lake. The place was well stocked and if we needed to contact anyone, we got a response quickly. We rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon and the rental office was very close by. Recommend Maddie’s cookies and ice cream and the supermarket close by. Great sandwiches and best fried chicken. Would definitely recommend this place and we are planning on coming back again. "
