Very comfortable 2150 sq ft Upscale Home located in planned Resort Like community with lots of walking, and running trails around, perfect to exercise in the mornings, and extremely safe to walk at night.

Open kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood hand scraped floors, open living and eating area, game room upstairs.

Ideal for a family vacation, relocating professional, medical visit, or simply relax for a few days.

Quite neighborhood, around 5-10 miles from major shopping areas, Joe Pool Lake, and marina, where you can rent a boat or a Jetsky to enjoy your vacations.

Other Things to Note

Please treat the house as if it was your own. We want you to enjoy every moment in our house and would love to provide a good place for the next guest or to you when you come back.

No loud music please, quiet neighborhood and nice and respectful neighbors.

Please do not relocate furniture.

Please clean up before you leave and dispose the trash in our behind garage trash bins, we will take care of it.

Nice home, plenty of a space…good location for our purpose (swim meet). Communication with owner/manager was quick and informative. My only feedback is that the listing mentions four bedrooms. One of the “bedrooms” is a bed in the upstairs loft/game room. Not a huge deal, but could be for some customers.

It was comfortable. Some expected amenities were missing, coffee pot missing from coffee maker, no laundry detergent. There was little of nature visible from inside, almost completely brick.

Great place to call home for a week

Daniel was a great host, everything was easy. Quiet, nice neighborhood with easy access to everything and just enough out of the way to be away from typical traffic sounds. Thanks for a great stay!

Texas treated us well

Check in was great. Awesome instructions. Clean property. Good location.Only negative was tv not having cable or we didn't figure out and counter bar stools need replacing. Did not use because they were unstable. Also one small note the name made me think it had a pool!

The house was nice, clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to our host, (he is wonderful, responsive, and very kind) please upgrade your paper products, and maybe add some hand towels:) Thanks to Daniel. Your home is lovely!

Home in beautiful, quiet community

My family and I ( 4 adults ) stayed in this home. The community is nice and quiet, it’s accessible to local stores and eateries. The home has 3 bedrooms with and loft upstairs ( with a bed). The mattresses were not comfortable ( they were very thin and hard) the pillows were very soft and flimsy. The master bathroom door only opened on one side, you had to “ tuck it in “ and go in and out of the door sideways. The temperature could not be controlled from the home, it was pretty chilly. I reached out to the owner (who had been extremely responsive with previous communication) he did not respond after several hours ( typically he responds within 15-20minutes). I contacted him a second time to make him aware of the temperature in the home. He did Increase the temperature but it was still too cool ( 73 degrees). So, to sum it all up, the price is affordable, the community is feels safe, the house could use some attention ie… painting the big beautiful walk in closet and repairing the master bedroom bath door. The TVs were a bit dated. This home has lots of charm and overall the vibe there felt very warm. The digital key pad made it sooooo convenient for us all.

Christmas Rental

This was an ideal location for my family this Christams. It is nestled in a great quiet community. The home is described as listed with plenty of space and fully stocked with cookware and utensils. This location should definitely be considered of coming to the area.

Terrific house in a central location

Some friend and family of mine stayed at the house during a trip to see some TX football including the Giants playing the Cowboys. Check-in and communication with the manager was terrific and the house was in great location to easily get to Dallas, Fort Worth, AT&T Stadium, and many other spots. If I could change anything, it would be to upgrade the WiFi and TV service, both of which were well below par.
