  • Terrace Point 15B, a orillas del lago Superior, es operado por el propietario y no hay una tercera parte o compañía de alquiler involucrada. Toda la comunicación será directamente con nosotros personalmente y nos sentimos profundamente apasionados por la comodidad y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Terrace Point 15B es una unidad final popular y muy solicitada que ofrece privacidad y la capacidad de caminar hacia la costa del lago Superior. Este moderno condominio inspirado en Frank Lloyd Wright / John Howe, lleno de sol, tiene más de 26 'de ventanales de piso a techo y se encuentra en la orilla del lago Superior. Es una habitación con una cama king-size, una gran sauna de cedro, una chimenea de gas enmarcada con una repisa de roca de la costa norte, tiene un baño con pizarra para 2 personas, ducha con chorros de agua, una cocina completamente equipada, granito encimeras, gabinetes de madera de cerezo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, pisos radiantes, sofás cama de calidad y sillas giratorias de cuero en la sala de estar alfombrada, mesa de comedor y todos los muebles son de alta gama de Room & Board. Esta unidad final privada se encuentra a solo 50 'de la costa y ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas del Lago Superior, los amaneceres y las estrellas y la luna desde todas las habitaciones de la unidad. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio salen a un patio privado con una mesa y sillas a pocos pasos del lago.     - Nuestro condominio requiere el uso de un corto tramo de escalones en la unidad.
    - Nuestra área de estacionamiento no tiene espacio para acomodar remolques o campistas.
    - NO camine en la orilla del lago frente a otras unidades. Use el área de estacionamiento de atrás si desea acceder a la costa.

Very quiet and relaxing place. Great views of the lake (1st floor). Appreciated the stocked cooking supplies. Close to hiking trails.

This was a beautiful property overlooking Lake Superior! It was the perfect location. Just minutes from Grand Marais where we wanted to be closest to. The property was ultra clean and we made many amazing memories completely exploring and enjoying the North Shore!

Such a beautiful spot on the lake, hearing the water and enjoying the cool summer weather was the perfect escape from the grind! The space was very calming and efficient lay out. Very close to the town of Grand Marais with so many activities nearby. Definately recommend

Our stay at Terrace Point 15B was wonderful. The owners were great and so easy to work with and contact.The condo was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The views of the lake were awesome. It was nice to be so close to Grand Marais for breakfast and dinner. We recommend and would definitely stay again if we travel to this area.

We’ve stayed here several times and it is hands down the best place for us on the North Shore. Location and amenities meet our needs. Hard to find nice properties like this for two people. Hosts are great too!

Nice cozy place, great for watching the sunrise coming up over Lake Superior. Always great to listen to the waves. Has all the amenities for a quick get away.

This is the cleanest place I've ever visited! Pam and Charlie are exceptional hosts; they are kind, patient, and maintain excellent communication. I would also like to commend the cleaning staff for keeping the place clean! The sauna works clean. The shower is spacious and clean! The bathroom sink has enough space for you to put your toiletries on. The refrigerator is also spacious and the living room is perfect! The city of Grand Marais is not far from this place, making it quite convenient for us. I dont mean to brag, but I got proposed to during our weekend stay here! This moment would not have occurred had we not discovered this place to stay in, so thank you, Pam and Charlie, once again, for the unforgettable memories 3 We will definitely come back again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Everything was in great condition. The sauna was amazing. The fireplace was perfect during the chilly winter nights. Highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again.
