With 2 bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, a fully equipped office space with a twin bed (twin bed is office/pullout bed combo), and 4 bathrooms stocked with essentials, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the cool AC, WiFi, and a washing machine for convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Grand Junction. Located downtown directly on the riverfront trail with close proximity to concerts, dining, shopping, entertainment and more! I own the unit next door also in case you need extra space. I also have another property in GJ that sleeps 10.

Our stay was so perfect . The home was spotlessly clean and the amenities were outstanding . The host was so helpful & I really can recommend a stay here . Down town was just a 20 minute walk away & the local restaurant & bars were so nice . Lots of cycle routes along the river and a great walking route along the river . We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sun set of an evening .

Great up and coming neighborhood! Brand new Starbucks just down the street (easy walk). Also, nice walking trail right next to the river. Close to downtown as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home.The location was great, with easy access to downtown, and communication with Anna was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay in Grand Junction. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location - near river and bike path and close to downtown and CMU campus. Starbucks is walking distance away. Super clean and well appointed. Garage access is helpful. Quiet- even with train tracks and somewhat busy road nearby. Will book again when we visit GJ.

Great Visit

The property is modern and well equipped and located conveniently to shopping and recreation. Sheets and towels were new and comfy, appliances worked better than mine at home, and host was available when needed.

Whether weekend or longer, this place is very welcoming and has everything you need! From bedding to cooking needs everything is thought of and i recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free comfortable stay!!
