"Kitchen lacks utensils and pots /lids to cook a meal.There is not a comfortable chair in the cottage. We had to use a folding chair. Uncomfortable! The couch is segmented with metal bars sticking you in the back if you try to lay down on it. Best thing is the location. For a short stay it is tolerable."

"This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with.
