"Our stay was perfect. The only thing not great was the room that we stayed in backed onto the Home Depot garden section. Staff were loading skids of garden soil and items at 3:00 am and woke us up. Anyone staying in late spring should ask to not be placed where their room faces th back of the Home Depot."

Plus, the person in charge of the food was superb...kept items stocked, helped us navigate the displays, friendly, most helpful. We gave her a tip in appreciation. "

We had to move rooms twice because of different things not working, and we ended up having broken things still and having to live with them. "Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...

However, during check-in we were not informed about the additional services available at the hotel, such as breakfast hours, the pool, or the gym. Also, only one set of shower amenities was provided, even though the room was booked for two guests for two nights."

"Other than being able to hear every footstep and every movement from the halls, crying children, some strange grinding noises outside, this facility is excellent. It’s a shame really because the staff are great, our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the location is great. They just need some thicker walls and floors."
