"The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said she hoped I learned my lesson from booking through Expedia. We had issues checking in, having a pet, and the advertised heated pool was not heated. The room was fine, but I won’t return. There are plenty of other lodging options that are friendly and respectful. Don’t waste your money staying at the Moab Rustic Inn. "

"The room was spacious and clean. My teens loved the warm pool and hot tub. We also took advantage of the outdoor fire near the pool which was lovely. We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay including the bike locker room to store our mountain bikes safely. We will stay here again as a family of 5 for the reasonable price and very high quality amenities and kindness of staff. "

They provided cleaning only every 3 days unless you requested more. They did not replenish towels/toilet paper in between unless you went to the desk to ask. First cleaning they didn't sweep the floor, and I had provided a tip hoping it would encourage a good cleaning job. I reported that to the desk so...
