It might a sound from TV, but not happy as we had to wake up at 5:30am to leave for Arches. Also, our side jet bath had no jet. It was just hot Onsen spring. So disappointing."

We were not accommodated a King room on the first floor even though it was noted at the time of reservation this was needed due to inability to walk stairs safely..we were sent a message 2 days before arrival our room was changed to a 2 queen room on the first floor."
