"Location! In the Pearl District walking distance to Saturday Market, shopping, and many great restaurants. Not far from the train station, also. We may arrive by tran the next time. The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room had a nice design. The complementary breakfast was OK, but not as good as the one at the Hampton Inn in Mexico City. We will likely stay here again."

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

First floor had tea and coffee available for us at any time of the day. The location was ideal! Close enough to walk everywhere or catch the max/bus. We love going to the movies and Regal cinemas was right across the street, very convenient. We used the overnight parking for $25 which was extremely close to the hotel "

"Breakfast was a bit gross. The valet was under staffed and therefore took longer then expected to get vehicle. There is only Valet!! If you leave before 6:00 there is no valet and no one mentioned that. Friday night is seems that a bunch of frat boys decided to rent rooms and made it quite uncomfortable leaving the hotel!! There’s a daily charge of $30, which I didn’t really find useful. The cleaning staff doesn’t put trash bags in the trash cans; which was really annoying. They only...

"This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking. "

"Staff were really supportive and wonderful. We found a couple little issues with our room and they made a note of it, and offered us another room. We declined as we were already all setup in our original room. And the issues were very very minor. But wonderful customer service. The T.V. would not stay on and keep acting up, but since i was not there to watch the T.V. it wae nit an issue. "
