"Our trip to the mountains was simply "Wonderful!!!" I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. This property was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in!!! On top of it being so clean it also was perfectly equipped!!! It's really nice to arrive to your VRBO and find that it is everything that was advertised!!! My trips with family are so special and important to me and this property helped make this trip another great memory!!! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!!!"

"Overall property was wonderful exactly as described. We had a few issues upon arrival but Nila and the management company addressed within hours and made the appropriate fixes. Syd from the Cabin maintain was kind and knowledgeable.We had a great week and made many memories. Our only suggestion would be a deep cleaning of property we know it is a mountain home but more cobwebs and dust bunnies than were expected. "

"This home is stunning. The furnishings are comfortable and so much room. The major bonus for this property is the views. They are spectacular. There isn't a bad view from anywhere in the home. Fully stocked kitchen, perfect.Plenty of play space for kids. Very fun. Take a walk down the drive and you find more amazing views, flowers and wildlife. Highly recommend. "

"The property itself is awesome. Very well taken care of and plenty of sleeping quarters. Everyone in the group absolutely loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and a powder room on the kitchen level. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is the only setback, especially if you have a trailer with toys, but it was still very doable. Property manager was very responsive when we did make contact. "

"This unit has always been my favorite at Granby Ranch. Simply put, perfection in the utmost when considering accommodations. Bittersweet, though, because I can not anxiously look forward to next ski season as this unit won't be available due to a sale. Alas .... it was still a wonderful experience that I was able to enjoy for many years! Thank you so much Kym!"

"It exceeded our expectations. Family of 5, with 3 children under 10.Amazing views, lots of activities for the kids without leaving the property. Host had multiple board and card games for all ages. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was nice and spacious and well stocked. Only complaint was the bed downstairs in mother in law suite was so uncomfortable that the family in there decided to sleep on the couch because the bed was so unbearable. Besides that it was an awesome place for our group of 13. "

"We really enjoyed the 4 hot tubs and pool that are on property. The town of Granby is not far from the hot springs, Fraser or Winter park. We felt like we were in the middle of all the best parts. The restaurants in town were delicious. We will definitely be back. "

"What a great property in the perfect location! This condo is in Granby Ranch and you can walk or take a short drive down to the lodge where the ski lifts are. Since we visited late Spring, there were running races going on, mountain bikers, so many fun activities. Adults and kids alike will love this location. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful as a variety of birds fly around the Aspen trees, chirping and being adorable. The condo itself has plenty of space and the beds are very...

"Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat. "

"I can't say enough good things about this property! The home is perfect for a mountain vacation. It was spotless and very well maintained. My family enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the community hot tub to warm up after a long day of activities. We loved the beautiful mountain river in the back yard as well. The owner/manager is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!"
