"Lovely hotel in the heart of Carines Esplanade. Walking distance to all major attractions (night market, lagoon, reef, rusty's and shopping) and transport (central train station for Kuranda train and buses). "The lone staff member was very helpful, and very nice. She was accommodating, and assured we had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived early afternoon, and checked into our room fairly quickly. The laundry amenities were great! We were able to do our laundry right after we got to our room before we hit the town. "Great modern resort on the esplanade in Cairns. Clean and modern rooms with great amenities. Loved the bottle refill station! Resort pool was well presented, clean and very appealing. Great restaurants and bars within the resort, plenty of options."

"Room was upgraded and really nice and clean. Property overall is dated but taken care of. Pool was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Lady working the restaurant for breakfast couldn’t be more happy and kind. Overall recommend for a short stop. "

"Had a couple of technical issues. I’m not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. "
