"Grace cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We ate all of our cooked in meals out on the porch. The view of the lake is beautiful. Susan was very quick to get back with me when I had questions about what to expect when we got there. Will stay again!"

"I would like to give a 5 Star Review. The room was clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Everyone was friendly and the staff was great. Also the amenities were outstanding.However, the write-up said "You'll have breathtaking lake views from both inside and outside of your cabin." This was more than a bit of a stretch. The view was mainly the green roof tops of the cabins below. Never the less we appreciated being there (a nostalgic reminder of the original Big Moose Inn) and had a good time."

"Perfect beautiful place for my husband and I with our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Maggie. Wi-Fi was on and off, required resetting a couple of times. But, we loved the peace and quiet. Was perfect for exploring trails in the area. Moss Lake Trailhead was our favorite. Perfect between Old Forge and Inlet. It was across the road and a little walk from Big Moose Lake and the pic of the gazebo. and the gazebo and docks need some repair. Construction occurring and we just kept away from the area....

"West Hideaway Bay is at the end of Big Moose Lake with beautiful scenery of the lake. You are able to see the lake from the back porch or get a closer view down at the boat dock. We loved watching the sunrise and the fog lifting in the morning. The fish jumping was an added piece of entertainment. The camp is cozy and decorated to match the outdoors.
