"A lovely stay in Old Forge. The property was right on the main road and a very short drive to Enchanted Forrest. No issues with the home or instructions, everything was clearly communicated to us. It's conveniently located - close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the public beach in Old Forge, as well as hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive. Also very close to McCauley Mountain for skiing and mountain biking. The cottage was super clean from top to bottom. Check-in/out was easy and the owners were easy to contact if/when needed."

I called the number on VRBO and got a very nice lady And told her I hadn’t heard from my host and I don’t know how to get in the house and it was 4:15 Past check in time! "Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much.
