"This is a gem. We needed a few days away from home and this was perfect. There are many things to do at the property for all ages, hiking, scavenger hunt, exploring the creek, a fire pit, many DVDS and books, a well stocked pond for fishing. The towns around have many things to do Also, we especially liked the tour of the lock and dam. We would give a ten if we could!"

"Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area."

"Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here."

"Adult girls getaway! In our 60s so comfort and location were important! And this property did not disappoint! Shops, restaurants, and ice cream all walking distance. 6 queen or king beds with comfortable mattresses! Everything up to date, clean, and well stocked. Wonderful long weekend in lovely Grafton!"

"Memory making at its best! Not only is this caboose the absolute coolest stay in Grafton, it’s so well done you won’t believe it! There are so many neat surprises! (I won’t spoil them for you, but trust me, it’s awesome) The owner is very friendly and helpful with any questions, and you can tell he cares about his property and your stay. Do yourself a favor and take your special someone to the Crimson Caboose! BTW…it’s walking distance to everything!"
