New Lakefront Condo

  • Gorgeous condo built in 2021 with stunning views of Possum Kingdom Lake. Located near shopping, restaurants and many activities including, hiking and biking trails, public beach and nearby marina that can help you with their many water activity rentals. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed and day bed/trundle in the second bedroom. While located on the second floor, there is an elevator and for guests to utilize. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym for guests to enjoy.

    While we want you to enjoy your spectacular PK condo experience, there are rules that need to be listed, as this is a “family oriented” condominium.

    You must use common sense and courtesy as it relates to other guest or owners using this facility. * No profanity, loud music, lewd behavior, large parties or activities that offend other owners/guests will be allowed. * A list of amenities, common area access codes, HOA rules and house rules is located on kitchen island in the condo.

    ** Violation of these rules could result in eviction, and no refund if rules are violated.

We absolutely love this condo and are repeat guests! Best location for the Rocker B baseball tournament! Condo is so nice and Jeff is awesome to work with! We will be back next year!

Beautiful views and nice condo

This is our second time to stay here and will be back again soon. Great location, nice lake views and walk to Hemmingways.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO condo! The location was perfect for our trip, conveniently located near Rocker B Ranch where our son had a baseball tournament. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The facilities were excellent, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We even requested a late checkout, and they were more than willing to work with us, which we greatly appreciated.If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area, I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

I thought it was a great experience. The house was clean and the communication was great. You can tell that people truly live here and it's not only a rental property. Very minor feedback, there is no storage for food, or clothes, etc. The pantry is locked and so there is nowhere to store food if you're planning on staying for a couple of days and cooking at the house. The other thing, we couldn't find a vacuum or any cleaning products for sweeping after meals, taking care of kids, etc. Great trip. Thanks!

Clean and great communication w owner

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament and truly enjoyed our experience. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. They even left us a very nice welcome basket, which was a great way to start off the weekend!

Great condo

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony and kids loved the pool/hot tub. Loved the wagon to help bring our things up to the condo and also had pool towels for us to use. Jeff was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Location, Luxurious, Amenities

We booked for a long weekend for our family of five and this condo did not disappoint. It was spacious, well decorated, everything you need for a getaway (linens, basic toiletries, fully stocked kitchen appliances) and the balcony overlooked the pool area and the marina. We loved the access to Hemingways Restaurant, an easy two minute stroll down the street.
