Eine Urlaubswoche wie man sie sich wünscht ...

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Blick vom Balkon zur Adria hielt was er versprach. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war perfekt. Die Tochter, welche gerade anwesend war und deutsch spricht, half ihren Eltern unsere Fragen charmant zu beantworten.

180 Grad Meerblick

Einfaches, sauberes und sehr ruhiges Apartment mit großer Terrasse und atemberaubendem Meerblick auf Peljesac und Hvar. Gutes WLAN und großer Parkplatz (an der B 8, nicht an der Strandstrasse). Strand fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso einige Restaurants. Aussendusche auf dem Grundstück mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Zwei Minuten mit dem Auto zum Plodine, sieben Minuten zur Fähre nach Hvar. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die aber leider weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstehen.

Prima appartement met zeezicht

Mooi appartement met terras en een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, in een rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van Zaostrog. Goede slaapkamer (zelfs met muggenzift!) en badkamer. Ruime parking vlak achter het appartement, te bereiken vanaf de Magistrale. Zeer vriendelijke hosts die ons ontvingen met rakija en koekjes en ons ook de nodige informatie geven over de omgeving en waar we lekker konden gaan eten (zeker Restaurant Paškal is aan te bevelen!).

Pohodová dovolená pro rodinu s dětmi

2 koupelny s WC, veliká terasa s výhledem na moře, "hlavní kuchyně" umístěná samostatně na terase (teplo a "pachy" z vaření tak zůstaly venku) - dostatečně vybavená, uvnitř další menší lednice a vařič, obě ložnice dostatečně velké, prostorný obývací pokoj s TV, slabší WI-FI, pocit soukromý, klid, na nejbližší "pláž" cca 180 m (vzdušnou čarou cca 50 m) - málo lidí + klid a ticho. Na vzdálenější "městské pláži" byla hlava na hlavě. Domácí jsou velmi milí lidé. Vlastní parkoviště u vily v polostínu fajn, jen výjezd na hlavní silnici je fakt prudký. Popis apartmánu + vybavení odpovídalo 100 % reálnému stavu. Lokalita - Zaostrog je taky fajn, na rozdíl od přeplněných letovisek typu Makarská. Do nejbližšího obchodu (Plodine) to bylo po hlavní silnici asi 10 minut pěšky, nebo přes vesnici asi 25 minut.. Mohu jen doporučit.

Krásné výhledy z balkónu

Hostitelé velice milí přijeli jsme o trochu dříve a apartmán už byl k dispozici. Poradili nám co a jak v klidném letovisku. Opravdu klidné místo pro ty co nepotřebují velký ruch. Opravdu neuvěřitelný výhled z balkónu, to je opravdu to nejvíc co toto ubytování nabízí a opravdu se to neokouká

Village Alex s1 (ANA)

Skvělé místo. Majitelé Josef a Kata byly super. Nádherný výhled z balkonu na moře a Zaostrog. Měli jsme zde ještě jeden větší apartmán, přímo pod tímto a také byl skvělý, velká terasa, výhled na moře, velký prostor uvnitř. Mohu jen doporučit. Tímto chceme Josefovi a Kate znovu poděkovat za skvělou dovolenou.

Relaxing days in a really beautiful location and very welcoming hosts

We had the most wonderful time at Villa Alex. The apartment was very clean und furnished in a nice way, perfect to spend some relaxing days at the sea. The owners are really welcoming and generous people and gave us great local foods and homemade liquor. They were easily reachable and super friendly. The beach is only 3-5 minutes away and a little more private than the one in the city center (7 minutes walking distance) which we also liked. The view is stunning. We really recommend it!

Major-league holiday!

Great accomodation for the price. Everything was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again. The apartment has an amazing view and is relatively close to Zaostrog's shops and restaurants.

We loved this property and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends

We were greeted on arrival by a very lovely couple (Josko and his wife) with the keys and a few helpful pointers as to where things were and treated to a decanter of local liquor and homebaked cake which was indeed a lovely welcoming touch. Access to the apartment was easy. The view from the balcony was beautiful with Hvar in the distance. It was a little bit further out of the town of Podaca than expected but nevertheless we were happy finding Zaostrog to be very pleasant and enjoyed our visits there for meals and sightseeing.

Super lokalizacja, świerzo odnowiony apartament

Świeżo odnowiony apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Mieliśmy pokój na piętrze (ten większy), super widok z okna na zachód i zatokę, do tego taras oddzielony całkowicie od sąsiadów. W środku czysto, świeżo odnowione, cicha i wydajna klima (w kuchni, więc nie wiała po łóżku, co jest częstym błędem). Łazienka mała, ale pełna kabina, a nie zasłonka. Blisko na plażę. Parkowaliśmy przed domem właścicieli (sąsiedni), nie było problemu z miejscem. Bardzo dokładne instrukcje od agencji pośredniczącej. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i gościnni, nie mówią po angielsku, ale nie było problemu z komunikacją. Do plaży krótki spacer, blisko też restauracja. WiFi OK. Generalnie, dzięki czystości i lokalizacji bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Nic, co by zepsuło nam wyjazd, jedynie parę komentarzy dla wymagających. Apartament jest dosyć wąski, dla nas dwoje super, ale więcej osób byłoby ciężko. Jedna mała szafa, więc sofa służyła nam do przechowywania ubrań. Nie ma telewizora, ale to akurat uważaliśmy za zaletę, zwłaszcza z uwagi na cienką ścianę do sąsiadów (przynajmniej było ciszej). Kuchnia wyposażona minimalistycznie, ale przynajmniej wygodne krzesełka. Małe ręczniki, ale to już czepianie się:)
