The newly built Villa Lara Baksi, surrounded by nature, is located in a quiet village near the picturesque town of Gracisce. It can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for families or couples. The interior of the fully air-conditioned villa features simple, calming colors. The open-plan living and dining area has been furnished with style, where you are sure to experience a harmonious atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with island offers plenty of space to cook delicious meals. The villa has 4 cozy bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed, TV and modern ensuite bathroom and one has a bunk bed. The outdoor area includes a fully fenced green garden, where the private pool with sun loungers and parasols is located. The covered terrace with seating is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the picturesque views of nature. There is also a barbecue, which invites you to spend wonderful barbecue evenings with your loved ones. Children can have fun in the private playground. There is a volleyball court on the property - maybe you fancy a volleyball match? 3 private parking spaces and internet access are also available. Nearby on a hill is the picturesque town of Gracisce, the center of the municipality of the same name. You can experience medieval flair by strolling through the alleyways of the small town. Along the way, you will come across old buildings, palaces and squares that are sure to enchant you. The green, endless hilly landscapes of Istria are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. A short drive away is the town of Pazin. The administrative center of the Istrian region was called the "heart of Istria" in the 19th century due to its central location. It offers a multitude of must-see sights. The well-known coastal towns of Rovinj, Porec and Rabac are just a 40-minute drive away and offer a wide range of cafes, restaurants, sights, sports facilities and beautiful beaches and bays.
