The firepit area is set up for a great time around the fire. The rocking chairs on the back porch are perfect to observe the lake. "This home is within walking distance of everything Ortonville has to offer. Property managers were willing to work with our Amtrak schedule as far as check in and out. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely rent again. "

"Our stay was very nice! The house sleeps well - quite and comfortable. Had a fire in the pit a night or two and ate dinner down by the lake on the deck every evening!"

It was cold and rainy, so we didn't spend any time outside but the warm and dry views of the lake from the floor-to-to-ceiling windows in the living room and sunroom were fantastic. "Had a great time, had family and fishing. Ample parking for two boats and space for all to enjoy. Plan to back again."

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help and make sure everything was perfect. The private beach was beautiful—clean, peaceful. "Had an impromptu large family gathering, and this property was just right for our large group. The pictures don’t do it justice, what a gorgeous view! The weather did not cooperate very well, but if you are going to hole up this is the spot to do it. Well stocked, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and plenty of space for all. The kids enjoyed the downstairs bunk beds, football, and TV. Would definitely stay again!"
