"I highly recommend Caelum Black Gangnam, it was such an easy location between two subway stations, eateries and coffee shops close by but most of all, the communication and hospitality of the management team was exceptional. There was a little mishap with parking, but Seri, the property manager went above and beyond to make things right. Also overall communication with any questions and requests were prompt. I will definitely return to Korea and Caelum Black for sure!"

"We had 7 people on the reservation but the room was too small and there was only one bed. The worst part was the air conditioning did mot work and we suffered in the humid heat for two days. We could not sleep because it was too hot and most of us slept on the floor. The window had to be open and all the bugs flew in the room, using us as dinner. Would never book again."
