The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, room and hallways very clean. I did not use the pool or hot tub. The only thing negative would be due to renovations the on-site restaurant and bar were closed. They did have a very limited snack/drinks for purchase and free coffee. Room rented was one room with King size bed. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to GRR airport and many restaurants and shopping options.

Staff were very nice, but I probably won’t stay here again. While the room was clean, the bathroom had a very strong musty and bleachy odor that never really went away. I also requested a rollaway bed three times and was always told it was there or would arrive. It never did arrive, and I finally gave up. There was no soap in the shower and not enough toilet paper, but I was able to get those at the front desk. The airport shuttle was prompt. Parking was good, and there was a nearby Meijer you could walk to if you needed anything. Staff didn’t keep the ice water in the lobby filled. Our upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. Overall, because of the friendliness of the staff, I would rate this hotel slightly above average, but with the abundance of hotels in the area, I wouldn’t stay at this one again.

I stay here every month. Noticing corners in room not being adequately cleaned and cracks in grout. Great hotel and location. Please keep up the cleanliness and maintenance and don't let it go down hill like others in the area
