"This is very close to the ever popular George St. and Water St. VERY walkable. Don't stay here if you want a quite evening. There is a "Gentleman's Club" across the street. Not to roundy or unruly. We didnt have an issue with it at all and we stayed on a Saturday. The bring k-cups...they do not have a coffee maker."

"Lovely little top floor walk-up apartment. Close to amenities, nice sunset view. Other reviews had mentioned cigarette smoke coming up from downstairs, but I didn’t notice any. 35ish minute downhill walk to downtown, longer uphill walk back, but Uber’s were usually there within 2-3 minutes of placing an order, and not very expensive to use to get around."

"So enjoyed our stay. We stayed there last Christmas and went back again this year. Everything was as the listing said. Beautiful spot."

"We had a beautiful stay in this breathtaking location. Watching the boats, seeing the sunrise and enjoying the views of Signal Hill. All the amenities of home plus a relaxing hot tub. Owner was quick to respond to queries. You won’t regret this choice. "

"We stayed for a week at this beautiful property. The view is absolutely unbeatable! It was a delight to look out the window or stand on the huge balcony. The place is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The downside was the parking which involved backing in on a one way road (for the equivalent to one block). We never figured out the air conditioning on the second floor (meaning some uncomfortably hot nights). We repeatedly tried to contact the owner for three days and...

The house was better than described, the location is so fantastic with views of signal hill and The Rooms, seconds from a grocery store and liquor store, steps from Tim Hortons and other restaurants and bakeries. Nice level parking and yard. Two parking spaces and a parking pass! Loved the keyless entry. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, nice bathroom with amenities, fans in bedrooms, lots of towels and face cloths, toiletries, hair dryer, washer and dryer,...

"Catherine was a wonderful host, helpful and communicative. Check in was easy and special attention to accommodate our baby was greatly appreciated. House was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend !"

"This is a great little spot for a quick trip. The house is nicely decorated with both modern and vintage pieces. The bedroom is on the top floor. There are 2 small pull out beds, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, which is a little TV room. It’s a perfect place to have a meal and sleep but not the most cozy place if you’re planning a movie night. All in all we enjoyed this place and would stay again! "
