Just in front of the villa complex lies the archaeological site of the Asclepius Temple, a testament to the area's rich history. Important Note: Votsalo Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4000m2 private land, which includes one additional villa (Kyma Villa) on the upper level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and direct access to the pool.

Set within a 150m² outdoor space, this elegant villa is just a short drive from beautiful beaches. Enjoy a 25m² non-heated pool (1.50m deep) with sea views and lush surroundings. Relax on premium loungers, dine outdoors with a gas BBQ, mini fridge, sink, and stunning vistas. The villa is near one neighboring villa, offers parking for two vehicles, and a serene atmosphere. An additional WC is available outdoors. Our sustainable villa blends eco-friendly materials with nature, offering comfort and tranquility. The saltwater pool has lower chlorine levels, making it gentler on the eyes and skin. This villa is also equipped with a portable Bluetooth speaker, allowing guests to easily connect their devices and enjoy music anywhere in the space.

Fitness equipment is available at the Villa ( including Resistance tension Band, free weights, Mini exercise ball, Yoga mat ) for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday. Enjoy !

The villa also provides beach equipment, including two SUP boards(upon availability), flippers, snorkeling masks, for an enhanced seaside experience. Binoculars are also available.

One of the bedrooms features its own entrance, providing enhanced individuality and direct access to the pool. A TV is provided in the living room and one of the bedrooms, thoughtfully placed to maintain a tranquil, screen-free ambiance during bedtime, fostering a true sense of sanctuary. With its welcoming ambiance and practical layout, this villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxed, sea-view getaway.
