We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

Suosittelen ehdottomasti! Tilava, siisti huoneisto, upeassa vanhassa rakennuksessa, mutta remontoitu uudenaikaisilla mukavuuksilla, loistava sijainti vanhan kaupungin laidalla, rauhallisella, mutta keskeisellä paikalla. Lyhyt matka juna-asemalle, nähtävyyksille ja kauppakeskukseen. Meitä oli matkassa vanhemmat ja kaksi teiniä, jotka olivat erityisen ilahtuneita siitä, että meidän huoneistoon kuului kaksi erillistä huonetta omilla kylppäreillä, joten omaa tilaa oli reilusti nuorisolle, vaikka majoituttiin yhdessä. Aamupala perustasoinen, ei mitään spesiaalia, mutta kaikille perheessä löytyi vatsantäytettä. Lämpöiset aamupalat piti tilata erikseen, jos niitä halusi.

Good, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, so you need to keep the window open. Since the hotel is located on a busy tourist street, it can be quite noisy at night. The hotel does provide earplugs, though. No magnet room keys either. Quite uncomfortable to care key with a knob in pocket and they provide only one. There is internet but the signal is low and speed is slo w.
