"The place was great. They communicated with me a couple of times before my arrival and sent me the check in information. Check in was very easy. The place was located close to the water, shops and restaurants with great view of the water. The apartment was very clean and well kept, all the amenities were in good condition. "Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries.
Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. We had a car, and while you need to find own street parking, we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the apartment...

"You get what you pay for, positives include airconditioning and it’s very close to a lot of bus stops, however it’s lacking in utensils and has a bit of damage to the apartment.
The windows are broken and don’t close fully, the shower head holder is also damaged and won’t hold the shower head.
Additionally whenever you have a shower the whole bathroom floods.
The kitchen does have chopping boards, salt or cooking oil/spray or a drying towel.
The room is a lot more spacious that I expected and...

"La cucina del bungalow era piena di formiche, il frigorifero era senza lampadina interna. Il servizio di housekeeping prevede solo cambio asciugamani e pulita a terra, no pulizia bagni, no letti."
