"Vi visste att de var lite enklare boende i Sofia men skicket på badrum och sovrum var väldigt enkla. Badrummet hade även fuktskador på flera ställen. De som var mest irriterade var att vi bokat för fyra personer men hotels hade informerat hotellet att vi var två. Så de saknades sängkläder till alla ..."
