"Everything about the hotel was great except for two things: 1. We could hear everything in the neighboring rooms as if they were in the same room as us. It was very poor sound insulation. 2. We booked a King Size Room, and was disappointed that our room has a queen size bed. I brought this up with the front staff, and apparently that's how this hotel classifies these beds, as king size even though they are clearly queen size. There's an entire industry that has standardized what a King Size bed...

"This is a dated hotel, but priced to reflect that. The pool and hot tub area have been renovated and is nice. The beds are dated and so are the bathrooms"

"I liked that we had an actual bedroom with a door that closed so whoever was up first could make coffee in the kitchen without waking the other. Also, it had a full size fridge - very rare these days. And right across from Okanagan Lake beach! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance."

"I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

"The room was spotless! It's a bit dated - as many other people have noted, but it really didn't make a difference at all because it was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and staff were super nice and accommodating - just regular good natured folk is how I would put it. If you're looking for luxury, with all modern amenities, and being waited on hand and foot - this is not the place for you."
