"Everything was awesome. Only internet did not work here at all. Given that the trip was for 1 night only, I managed using the cell-phone data. Tried reaching front desk several times, they used to give a new credential each time that worked for few mins ALSO only 1 device, 1 user. In this world of IOT what does 1 device 1 user do?
WIFI doesn't work at all !!"

"Hôtel tout près de la gare. Pratique pour une escale de 1 nuit. Grande chambre, literie ferme mais confortable, douche performante. Le bruit de la route est présent même s'il s'atténue en fin de soirée. Bouchons d'oreille necessaires. Personnel arrangeant, efficace et sympatique. "

"We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s. The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in! The sheets were stained, and there were no bath...

The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough.
