Just a couple of problematic issues from our perspective as guests on your property:The closet door in the double twin bedroom was disengage from his track when we got here, and in my opinion was kind of dangerous and should be fixed.In fact, I would check all of the closet doors because these type of closet doors come off their track easily and could fall into your clients.These items also are problematic- Outlet in kitchen by toaster is loose from wall and coffee table latch has a sharp edge on it…We were left with towels for a little children so when I contacted Frank he sent me 10 brand new white towels from Amazon. I guess we washed six of them and put the other new ones under the center sink in the guest bathroom. I told Frank that we had four adults and a 13-year-old and he immediately within 12 hours got us a new batch of towels which we appreciate.Finally, I would suggest you putting knobs on the cupboards for somebody who has arthritic hands. It’s very difficult to open them.
