    Situated in Goolwa Beach, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom magnificent two-storey beach house is elevated to capture spectacular coastline views. The big, curved glass windows in the upstairs living area frame the sweeping views. From the Coorong to Goolwa Beach and its huge sand dunes through to Middleton and beyond. You will love the glass and light throughout the house - particularly upstairs. The view is the hero of this property!

    The contemporary kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a huge split system air conditioner (heating and cooling) upstairs. The TV has been clearly mounted above the big windows so you can enjoy the view whilst glancing at the TV (or vice versa). There are plenty of games to keep everyone entertained whilst sitting around the big 8-seater dining table.

    NBN Wi-Fi is provided for guest use and a huge Smart TV (with Netflix capability if you have an account).

    There is a curved deck off the main living area (on the ocean side) and a rear deck with a gas BBQ. This is a lovely sunny spot in the mornings or perhaps for protection on a windy day. This deck has speakers built into the roof, to enjoy the space to the fullest.

    All bedrooms have ocean views. The main bedroom is upstairs, and the bed is positioned to enjoy the views to the fullest. There is a walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom.

    In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is a guest toilet upstairs, a bathroom downstairs and a separate toilet. An outdoor shower is perfect to wash the sand off when arriving back from the beach.

    At the rear of the property, there is a big double garage with a table tennis table. There is parking for 3-4 cars securely behind an electric gate.

Fantastic location

The house overlooks the beach and is short walk to fantastic coffee and the best off lead dog beach So well equipped with everything you could wish for Beds are comfortable plenty of parking comfy lounge’s air conditioning .A great place for the dogs with very safe enclosed yard. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay

Scenic

Very clean, great views. Comfortable and secure. Little thing property needs a little updating, 2 couches, 1 velvet couch a little worn not that comfortable. Property Manager excellent, kept in constant contact with us as to how things were going etc. Internet went down, but they quickly rectified this for us. Would stay here again.

Book, enjoy, repeat

Second stay at this fabulous property, perfect for a group of friends or a family group. Ample space to gather around the large table (and play the many games on hand) or take some quiet time (& gaze at that view!) For self caterers, the kitchen offered all we needed with plenty of utensils, glassware & place settings for everyone, plus some. Bedroom configurations gave plenty of options and were spacious. Lovely garden which is secure. Booking process & customer service efficient, prompt & responsive.

Spectacular View of Goolwa Beach

Our stay at this property was amazing. The nrach scenery every morning and evening was breathtaking to watch the sunrise and sunset. It's pet friendly, which our fur baby Angel absolutely had a great time. Walks on the beach and coffee at Kuti Cafe amazing food and service.

Excellent holiday home for family and pets

This is a beautiful, comfortable, brilliantly equipped holiday home ideal for families, particularly if you have a pet. The location is great, right near Woolworths, close to the beach and walking distance to the Kuti Shack. Well appointed bedrooms, good size bathrooms and an enclosed yard for a pet. The balcony has great views of the beach. The games room is a great addition! The only negative is that the single bed mattresses desperately need to be replaced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Very Relaxing with amazing views

The house was exactly as portrayed, clean and big plenty of room for the 6 people, a german shepherd and cat that stayed there. Extremely well provisioned eg tea and coffee, cling wrap, Alfoil, kitchen paper, spare toilet roles. Even had baking tins. I was a bit worried about the cold but the heating works fantastic in all the house. We all loved the garage play room and had fun playing in there. So many board games. All over fantastic place to stay well thought out and had little homey touches that make it feel nice. Would definitely stay again

Golf Weekend

Needed a place to sleep 6 blokes all around the 65-70 age bracket as we were playing golf at Goolwa and Victor over three days. I was the organiser and found the property at * Neighbour Rd Goolwa Beach. Couldnt believe the photos of the place and when we arrived there it was exactly as described as were the photos. Really luxurious and completely equipped with every thing you'd need including things like Gladwrap, Foil, Weber BBQ,great furniture, two fridges etc etc.. Just bring your own towel. Excellent and will probably book it again.
