Coastal Getaway with Stunning Views in Goolwa Beach

Experience the ultimate holiday retreat at our coastal home, perfectly situated to provide panoramic sea and coastal views and an easy walk to the popular Goolwa beaches. This location offers the ideal escape for families and groups seeking relaxation and adventure. This property will be the perfect base for your holiday by providing a well-equipped comfortable base so you can get out and explore or stay in and enjoy the views.

Property Features:

• Downstairs Living: Open-plan living area with a flat screen TV, R/C Aircon, dining space, and a kitchen
• Second Kitchen/Dining Area: Equipped with a dishwasher, dining table, and sink.
• Bedrooms: Four bedrooms in total. Two rooms feature queen beds, one room has a tri bunk and one with two single beds. The upstairs bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom.
• Bathrooms: A main bathroom with a shower, vanity, and separate W/C.
• Laundry: Front load washing machine for your convenience.
• Upstairs Living Area: Additional living space with a flat screen TV, R/C Aircon and a small balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views.
• Outdoor Spaces: Large rear entertaining deck with BBQ, fully fenced backyard with lawn and garden, and a charming front garden with lawn.
• Firepit: Enjoy during the Winter months (dependant on fire restrictions)
• Parking: Plenty of off-street parking and room for boat storage off the street.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed, and the garage is not available for use.
• Important Note: Strictly no charging of electric vehicles on the property.

Local Eateries and Activities:
Enjoy a variety of dining options in Goolwa, including Thai Days, Bombora on the River, Kuti Shack and The Goolwa Hotel. Explore the area with activities such as beach walks, surfing, fishing, whale watching, kayaking, golf at South Lakes, metres from the Encounter Bikeway and visiting the historic Goolwa Wharf and Steam Exchange Brewery.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen. If you wish to hire linen, contact our office at least 3 days before your arrival to arrange this service. The linen company will deliver the hired linen to the property before your arrival. Please note that we do not offer a bed-making service, so you will need to make the beds upon arrival.

A $500 bond applies to all bookings. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly before making payment.

Just what we wanted

House was amazing and very close to the beach (2 minute car drive). We loved the layout and enjoyed the sea breeze every day. We will most certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation was clean, easily catered for 8 people, had easy key collection and drop off and was a short drive to local places and the beach. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view.

Great views and easy walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The top living room had views of the beach. Easy access to goolwa beach and bike track to Middleton. Clean and well maintained house.

Not great

Got here and all seemed ok. The properties power was all completely off. Which meant that the electric hot water tank needed a solid 12 hours to heat up and had no hot water until the next day. The bathroom door handle malfunctioned leaving the door locked, without being able to unlock it. Luckily none of the kids were in there at the time.

Great House - Superb Views

Great house for a family holiday. Absolutely superb views of the ocean from the front deck. Out the back is another larger deck for those evening barbecues and get togethers. Bedrooms are well catered for with the master suite with its own sitting room located upstairs offering total privacy from the children. The beach is only a few streets away with a great cafe overlooking the waves. This house offers everything one could desire and in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend this lovely holiday house.

Fantastic Beach House Getaway!

This was an amazing house to stay in, it's very close to the beach, and from the balcony you can see a fantastic view of the ocean, absolutely beautiful. Plenty of beds, and we all were very comfortable. It has a great little backyard and entertaining area which is perfect for a bbq. We all had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!
